E30 speedo/tacho fixing

hey everyone got a 89 e30 318i with a m20 2.5 in it, and noticed that the dash lights come on and off at night and that the speedo needle works iratticly and the tacho telling mileage has stopped,,,, anyone know how to fix it, fix the dash... cheers,

Cheers Jnr where are Bromspec located? Are they open on a Saturday?
